Men of the Internal Security Service of the University of Calabar (Unical) in Cross River State have apprehended two suspected phone snatchers within the institution.
Unical’s acting Chief Security Officer (CSO), Capt Austin Bisong (Rtd), disclosed on Thursday that the suspects were apprehended on Wednesday night.
Bisong said that the suspects were into phone snatching on campus, adding that the ugly situation had become a source of concern to both students and staff members of the university.
He said that a Redmi cell phone was recovered from the suspects, alongside an ATM card belonging to a victim. (NAN)
