PDP executives in Imo reveal why they resign from office
The aggrieved PDP executives alleged that the party candidate in the forthcoming November governorship election in the state, Samuel Anyanwu, was deploying the instrument of violence, and intimidation against them while making attempts to harm them.
Anyanwu emerged as the governorship candidate of the PDP in the forthcoming election in the state and was subsequently listed by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The PDP candidate will be contesting against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate and sitting governor of the state, Hope Uzodinma, who is seeking re-election to his second term in office.
