Humanity Without Borders Empowerment Initiative (HUWIB) is a people-centered, progressive, and result-driven initiative based on the concept of humanity first. Its central objective is to support the growth, development, and economic empowerment of urban/rural women, young people, children, the elderly, and People Living With Disabilities (PLWDs). The key focus is on the vulnerable, to enable them to achieve sustainable livelihood. Internal Auditor

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team at HUWIB. As the Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization’s financial and operational processes are in compliance with regulations and International best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational controls.
  • Review financial records and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify areas of potential risk and recommend improvements in processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a related field.
