In recent news, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emphasized the need for unity in order to stabilize the nation, while also asserting his leadership over the entire populace, regardless of the political party they supported in the 2023 presidential election.

According to a statement released on Saturday by Dele Alake, Tinubu’s special adviser on special duties, the president made these remarks during a discussion with the Nigerian diasporan community in France. Tinubu had traveled to France a few days ago for a two-day business meeting.
