Phyna, popularly known as Josephine Otabor from Big Brother Naija Season 7, shared her recent experience on social media regarding an incident where a Point of Sale (PoS) employee overcharged her.
In her post, she explained that she had sent her housekeeper to a nearby PoS terminal to withdraw N10,000, but was surprised when the girl returned and revealed that she had been charged N4,000 for the transaction.
Phyna expressed her dissatisfaction with the excessive charge and shared her frustration with her followers on social media.
Phyna recounted the incident on her Snapchat page, revealing that she and her housemaid confronted the POS attendant at the stand. As they voiced their concerns, the attendant admitted her mistake, acknowledging that she had inadvertently withdrawn N4,000 instead of the intended N400.
According to Phyna’s account, after she insisted on receiving a refund, the girl eventually handed her the remaining N3,600 to rectify the error.
