Tropical Storm Hilary will produce heavy rainfall in Southern California Sunday into Monday, bringing the likelihood of destructive flash flooding and mudslides. Rain totals will range from 2 to 10 inches.
All schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District will be closed on Monday, superintendent @LAUSDSup announced at a 4 p.m. news conference.
